[CLIENT] BROKEN CLIENT, Cannot queue, hextech loot and my shop missing, internet is FINE.

As of today whenever I try to queue for a normal summoners rift game, it stops the queue automatically. It does not bring up a match found, and when in a party it says I decline. My hectech loot and my shop icons are missing and it takes forever to load into the client. I tried locating the "initiate full repair" button under client settings, but apparently that's missing too. Will I have to just uninstall league of legends and reinstall at this point?
