Pop Music A-Ward Token Bug

Hi, I saved up exactly 150 tokens and wanted to purchase the pop music ward with them. I clicked forge and it used all of my tokens and then clicked forge and then it said I only had 140 saved and says 140 are put towards the ward. It also says I have 0 tokens on the token icon that you would click on to open the popstar shop for the world tokens. Is there any way I could get those tokens refunded so I could try to purchase the ward skin again?

im having a problem like it i think is a bug i have try and buy the "pop A-ward" 2- 3 times @ first i was thinking i forgot and try to buy again and now it seem the y r taking the tokens but not giving the ward

i got the ward for free from an honor orb which also disappeard
