SKIP WAITING FOR STATS BUG

After playing in a promotional round number 2 of 3 I had lost the match and during the stats loading I was given the option to skip the stats. Normally if stats takes too long I will skip it to avoid the wait and move on to the next game. This was no different so I decided to move to another ranked game and selected the skip waiting for stats button. In the middle of my champ select I was pulled out and put back into the end game statistics chat from the previous game and then I was issued a loss for leaving my match resulting in a lost of my promotional matches.

(on a side note I was reported for negative behavior which very well could have triggered the stat screen. I could be wrong but it was something notable that could have affected it so I decided to include this)
