Remake not working

So, i get into a ranked game, and my mid lanner is afk. I thought, that is cool because we can just remake the game is just avoid first blood and we will be ok and will not be forced to play a 4v5 game. I was wrong. My mid laner did not move or buy any items on the first 15 min of the game, we all tried the /remake and we all got the same message announcing it was impossible. So we were forced to play a ranked game on a 4v5.
