[Client] Windowed Fullscreen option is hidden in new menu interface.

Hello, I have recently discovered a little inconvenience while accidentally turning my game fullscreen from borderless.

I Alt Tab a lot while playing, and it's very fast while the client's running on Borderless Fullscreen.

With the 5.14 Patch, the Menu Interface doesn't allow you to see the Borderless option in the drop down box with the three options. (Fullscreen, Windowed, Borderless)

After hours or trying to find an alternate option or menu that would fix my issue, I ended up accidentally scrolling down while the drop-down box was open. And the Borderless option then revealed itself.

I realize this is more of an ergonomic inconvenience rather than a client bug. I just wanted to report that Riot would probably want that detail to be a bit more intuitive to find.
