Really tired of "dodging" lobbies

Honestly, is there no fix for this yet? My client was working utterly fine up until the point that the last ban was up. I even bought RP and the new Baker Pantheon skin. Then my client lagged, hard, and displayed what you see above. All while not letting me even open the champ select window.
