Riot support has been absolutely useless, so hopefully a post here helps. Game won`t launch.

I have a problem where after champ select, the game will not launch. The logo appears on the screen and thats it. If this bug happens, nothing will make the game work ever again unless I completely uninstall the game and reinstall it. Even resetting the computer wont fix it. I have had this bug for weeks now and riot support has been impossible to deal with. First it took them 4 days to respond to my email, where I stated that I had clean installed and sent them the logs from hextech repair. They replied with literally one sentence.

"Once installed, start the reinstallation process by ticking ""Reinstall"" and ""Clean uninstall"" before launching it. The problem should be solved."

Yes. Thank you. I already told you I did this. Of course the problem isn't solved.

Then when I email them back, I get an answer in a language I DON`T EVEN SPEAK. What the hell riot? I want to play the game, and everybody has been useless.
