Windows 10 OS - Bugsplat after every champ select - Cannot play a single game.

Hello, So I was using an old Win7 from a friend, which would not allow me to install critical updates. Therefore, I upgraded to Win10 Home. Since then, I have been Bugsplatting every time I go to join a game (after 20min leaver buster that was tagged onto my account due to the crashes). I have run compatibility troubleshooting, and it is giving me an error message "lol.launcher.exe is incompatible". After reading posts online, people were saying to delete this file and then start the client up again. This, unfortunately, did not work.

Is anyone else out there having these types of issues?? It's incredibly frustrating because I know for a fact all hardware is good, and all of my software apps are fully upgraded. I have submitted multiple tickets to Riot but frankly they are not helpful.

Thank you

I've never heard of having issues like that. Give support the info they want and wait for them to help you. Otherwise, I'd make sure your graphics drivers are updated (google it if you don't know what that means), and I'd uninstall and reinstall. Also, close all other applications before you start a game. I'd also probably skim through your startup programs and close anything that isn't important.

I was having an issue with a black screen after champ select - disabled windows firewall, no issues since.
