Runes and masteries won't change

I just got into a lobby for a ranked game, chose runes and mastieries, had it on the ones i wanted. Right before game starts, i get an error message from the server, even though it's still on the runes and masteries i chose, the game loads me in with the wrong ones. Happened 2 games in a row now.
