I cant see my basic attacks or abilities!

This started after the patch 6.9. I cant see any of my abilities or basic attacks but i still lose mana and can move, i just cant see anything thats happening in the game. Sometimes it goes away for a while when i disconnect and reconnect but most of the time I cant even reconnect back! I know for a fact its not because of my internet, because everything has worked perfectly before. Has this happened to anyone else and how did yall fix it?
