Wawick bug which related to "Rune" setting. [Warwick], [Runes], [Bug]

One of the rune at the first slot of the "Domination" path is not properly working with Warwick's Q ability "Jaw of the Beast"

To recreate the bug situation, simply select the rune "Sudden Impact" and bites enemy champion by Warwick's Q(short cast) then you will see it doesn't provide lethality & magic penetration which should be given.

In the description of "Sudden Impact," it clearly said you can active this rune effect by going in combat by affecting an enemy champion by using a dash, blink, etc. And in the description of Warwick's Q, it said Warwick "dashes" to the target enemy and bites them.

But unfortunately, somehow, no matter how many times you bite enemy champion with Warwick Q(short cast), it does not work anymore...

I clearly remember that "Sudden Impact" was properly worked back in season 8, so I used to select this rune versus some champion. It is greatly disappointing that League of Legend still having a hard time fixing basic bugs that affect the gameplay.

p.s. Is there no plan to bring back the animated login screen? I can say it was one of the big reasons I really love to play League of Legend, to watch a cool login screen. I know it costs a lot but still, it can't be denied many LOL players loved to watch and wait for another cool login screen...
