Gifting bug?

So my friend bought me fizz as a gift. I never got fizz or a notification or anything. He check his gifting history and his purchase history, and it only said that he gave me fizz, but I didn't get it! His rp was taken but, again, I never got fizz. Anyone know why this is happening?
