Unable to left click in game now?

Hello.. Recently I logged in and am unable to left click in game. This includes opening shop usually at base with it, left clicking to select, drag map, and using my abilities when not in quick-cast mode. Can anyone please help me solve this? I reset my hotkeys to default and delete my input.ini file already.. Please, any help would be appreciated

I realized everything I used to use MB 1( left click ) for is now MB 3 (middle button). How can I fix this?
