[GAMEPLAY] Viktor - Choas Strom (his ULT) disapears when he dies

On viktor when you ult and dies just after , your ult does one tick and then disappears, I do play viktor alot, and I know It wasn't like this before, I mean it should stay there! until it finishes all the three ticks !

1- Viktor ULTS. 2-Viktor dies just after the first tick. 3-the ULTIMATE releases on more tick after the death of viktor. 4-the ULTIMATE despears immediately without finishing the 3 ticks.
