Ingame bug !

When the game start my champ is not moving corectly its like delaying or missing steps its like lagging from ping but when i check my ping its normal ! But my champ is flashing and skipping steps something like this until minute 1:50 then its okey but i played also Aram and there was all game long ! Is it from me or its something massive ? Thanks :))
