After game ended I click "Skip waiting for stats" now my client is locked up.

When I restart the client I get the error message "The game has crashed" and the reconnect button but when I try to reconnect I get an error message that says "Faied to connect, unable to connect to server."

I am locked in this cycle and have attempted restarting my client multiple times, the game ended about 15 minutes ago.

Update: The problem has not resolved itself after an hour.

Update 2: The problem has self resolved the next day. This was a very disappointing experience.
