Same here. I converted a gem into a masterwork chest + key. When I click on the chest, nothing appears in the right hand side of the crafting interface so not able to open it.

same as me, i bought today a masterwork chest and cant open, i have 4 keys.

Im having the same issue... i bought the 10 orb bundle and the animation doesnt even trigger when I try to open them. So I then bought some master work chests to see if those worked and no luck either. The Odyssey and Worlds tokens work but the chest and orbs dont..

someone on a post said go to low rez but im not sure how to do that
