Having to do extra clicks to cast abilities

When I use my abilities on normal cast it requires more than one click to activate the ability itself. So I find myself having to spam clicks. This has been happening for a month and it's a bit of hassle and messes with timing. Anybody have any idea's how I can resolve this?
