in every match played with yasuo enemy , allways he do 0 / 7 in early game and when he buy only one item, he just make penta....with only one item. And the whole team struggle to buy full build to do minimum amount of damage...How is that fair riot ? HOW? Nerf this champion .

If he gets nerfed in any meaningful way, he will become totally unusable. If there is an enemy yasuo that was 0/7, and he got a pentakill from behind, that is on you guys because you must have played extremely poorly to let him get that pentakill.

It is true yasuo is dependant on items and he can make a huge comeback lategame. Just build something like 
and it can't just be him all of a sudden dueling in a 5v1. I'm sure he had a good team that carried him. Could also be a Trolling Smurf Challenger Faker. Never know
