Gameplay store color bug

This is a pretty simple bug but i am not sure what is wrong. All i do is open the shop and the back round of half of it is completely red. I have tried repairing my client and changing the color blind settings but that isnt working. here is a screen shot of what the store looks like to me. Please help.
