kindred and a pack of problems

so i heard kindred was supposed to be out and available with patch 5.19 but she is both in and not in the store. has shown up as a blank tile,aatrox,alistar,ahri,and annie. there is no listed price for her, no lore, no skills. nothing. pls to fix this so i may spend my monies on her
