I got a code from twitter and tried using it at least 10 times and it is not working. Is there any way to fix this?

Code Cards FAQ. Codes can only be used once. There's a real possibility that if you obtained a code from Twitter, it had unfortunately already been used.

I'm not actually sure. It could be, but I can't say for certain because I have no idea who they are. Try restarting your client and entering it in. If it doesn't work after that, I suggest you either submit a ticket to Riot Support, or go back to whatever it is you just linked and tell them that the code was defective and didn't work.
