Dreadknight Garen code not working

I got a code from twitter and tried using it at least 10 times and it is not working. Is there any way to fix this?

Code Cards FAQ. Codes can only be used once. There's a real possibility that if you obtained a code from Twitter, it had unfortunately already been used.
