Client doesn't open when online

Yesterday I tried opening the client but it never got past the badge I reinstalled the game and everything and still nothing happened but the second I turn off my wifi and launch the client it actually works but I can't log in since I'm offline. However, when I turn back on my wifi it immediately crashes again and I can't open the client and stuck with the badge. Any help?

P.S.: When I open the task manager to close the un-opening client I see about 3-5 league of legends processes but then they go back to 1 then 5 again and so on so I assume the client keeps restarting itself
