PROJECT Yasuo Ult and recall animation bug

when PROJECT: Yasuo recalls his sword goes and lays on the ground instead of going back into is sword case on his belt. when he goes to cast his ult after throwing his last procked q at them it bugs and does not create the animation to goto the champion he ulted

His sword also completely disappears when he Q's. Don't know if it was supposed to do that, since it still shows a swinging animation. The blade itself, however, completely vanishes.
