[Gameplay] Corrupting Potion increases ALL spell and aa damage against champions

While you have a charge of Corrupting Potion active ALL auto attack damage gets increased by exactly 10%. This includes the damage of the auto attack itself and any on-hit effects (including True damage even!)

Also ALL Spells gain a flat 10 damage of whatever type they deal when used while under the effect of a Corrupting Potion (this also includes True damage).

This effect only happened against champions, there seemed to be no difference in damage dealt to minions and the potion charge also did the expected magic DoT to enemy champions hit

I've tested this with many champs (Irelia, Cho, Yi, Olaf, Cait, Darius) it increases all of their aa damage and on-hit damage by 10% and causes all of their spells (that deal damage) to deal 10 increased flat damage with 100% consistency
