Once again i cant purchase a champion when i have enough ip

whats going on guyssss, i want to buy camille but cant? i have anough ip and can purchase anyone in the store but if i hover over her it says not enough ip. this is the second time in a week that this has happened. why rito why?

This is currently a bug on the Beta Client, please login to the Legacy Client to make your purchase. You can log back in to the Beta Client afterwards.

You would need to make purchases from the Legacy Client whenever you encounter this bug.
