• Description: Frozen Shen splash art no longer displaying a vintage border when loading in.

• Video / Screenshot: Ask, but dont feel necessary

• Steps to reproduce: Start a game with frozen shen(if you have the vintage skin)

• Expected result: Vintage Border on reworked frozen shen splash

• Observed result: no vintage border in splashart

• Reproduction rate: 100%

• System specs: very good
