Won my first Game in promos but it says that I lost the game?

There's the second link showing that in fact I haven't had a loss since I got into my promos... Yes the game that I won wasn't pretty for various reasons but I still won the game and it says that I already have a defeat in my promos. Also on some of my games it doesn't say how much IP I got for that game as you can see.
