League of Legends Client Bug

So, today I just got the bug where the game freezes loading in at 100%, and won't close with task manager. I had to restart my computer to join back the game, also my teammates were unable to remake the game because of the bug that's been in the game for a while where if someone has a cookie they can't remake. Now, I get my loot taken away from me for AFK behaviors despite none of this being my fault and it being solely on the incompetence of League of Legends to fix these bugs that's been in the game for a while? Makes sense.
