Cho Gath Silence ability

I'd love to report a bug named Cho Gath... he has been on the summoners rift for the last 5 years without any particular reason. He is just standing there driving people insane and ruinning people's games... But since his removal wont be a thing for at least 2 more years id love to ask you for mercy... please! Nerf him or at least fix his Silence ability! That skill is over powered! Apart from the animation which is not the skill's hitbox at all, it also hits you even if you "dodged" it (from what i see you honestly cant dodge it....)
