[Gameplay] Thresh relic sheild

I am not sure if works with all champs or all games but it wouldn't execute half the minions in a game i played with Championship Kalista in bot lane or i think it was olaf after we started roaming. It would execute the casters pretty consistently but the melee and canons weren't the easiest. It would work maybe around 30% of the time.
