Bug on Kindred

I experienced a bug where Kindred's passive would immediately refresh on the same target after killing it. The cooldown was completely nullified and I could immediately get another stack of the passive without having to wait. The passive bar also disappears for a while after killing my target, then reappears some time later.

Passive bar is because you can't switch targets while in combat. For the other, did you make sure that you let the mark fully arm before you kill them? If you select the mark right before you kill them, then the mark didn't have time to finish so you didn't get the stack from it
