Can't even get into a game

Riot, what is this shit? Every time after champ select when I'm supposed to enter a game, the launcher doesn't open and I'm just stuck on the reconnect screen, and even then when I click reconnect, nothing happens and it just keeps telling me to reconnect. I've tried reinstalling the client, using the hextech repair tool, and I even tried to find online solutions but nothing worked. The state of this client is honestly pathetic, but hey, mobile league am I right?
