Accept button Solo/ Duo Que - After accepting a game

Not sure what's going on exactly and I couldn't find a previous post about this;

When a game is ready to play it pops up with the Accept button and waits for the rest of the players to accept- however, if someone fails to accept the message, in the top right it tells me they failed to accept but the "Waiting for players screen" doesn't change and therefore takes me out of the que entirely. This is with the Beta client so maybe that's the issue but if anyone on the old Client is having the same problem it's on riots part- Let them know.
