Hear a bling in the background and then game freezes

Hi support team,

sometimes when playing my game just freezes and I cant go anything, I usually have to restart my computer and relaunch. has happened over 10 games in the past 6 months. Definitely impacts my willingness to Queue up because I dont want to keep getting leaver notices and losing games.
