my loading screen frezzed and i get a leaver buster is this fair? Please solve this.

The leaverbuster CAN NOT see the distinction between a real troll (afker/leaver) and a normal player who got loading stuck (client bug). I played this game for years, never afk, never quit, never surrender, never do any shet. BUT, the bug cause me the bloody queuing penalty, AGAIN AND AGAIN.
