Xin's Q doesn't work properly

I was just playing a ranked match with xin xao and I noticed right from the start with the Blue Buff golem, that when I used Q, the third hit was not popping him in the air. This happened on MANY monsters of the jungle as well as a few times with a Katarina who was leveling our team. The amount of times people escaped me plus the amount of extra damage I took from jungling because of this issue was excessive. Just as a heads up, please look into this because although I was able to dominate the opposing team, the game could've been shifted in our direction and finished sooner many times over if this bug was fixed.
