TEAM Builder Issues

So two things I would like to mention; One being If I am in the process of choosing a champion, skin, runes or masteries in Team builder and decide to look at some one else' profile prior to finishing my selection, and then go back To my champ selected I have found on numerous occasions instead of my masteries being available the masteries of the Summoner's profile I just checked are the ones To choose from if not both mine and theirs. This isn't a problem unless I am already in team queue in Team builder. (then you just have to prey your masteries are the right ones) The other known problem is the skin glitch where you have to constantly reselect the skin for you champ to get it to work, where both the original skin and your skin are both selected even though it appears your skin is selected. If need be I can take screen shots of what I am taking about. Thanks
