PBE and other fixes to the server

So, I was finally qualified to do PBE, but then I rushed too fast and i didn't read the part that said "DO NOT REGISTER WITH THE SAME USERNAME AS YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT," when i try to log in, it won't let me LOL HOW DO I FIX THIS!?!??! BTW.... The servers really need to be checked up on, the games start off really well bet whenever teamfights take place, the pings jump from 61 to 999 and i end up dying. Even after I Charm, the ability fails to go off. and there goes MID LANE
