help me please (bug?????????)

i'm having a problem with ingame summoner name which it above our heath bars.Its huge I didn't know how to fix it I'v been thru all the settings and searched thru goggle It didn't help at all so I find maybe if I post here you guys can help me out so as the thing that pops up when you get a kill and first blood and stuff that's huge too I don't know how to fix it.its just annoying to farm with a huge name above your heath bar plus I tried to reinstall it didn't work at all so please if someone could help me that would be great.;)
