Game freezes right before I die

I know that there are already some topics of this problem out there but I want to make one myself because it is still a big problem for me.

I have a pretty good gaming PC and still sometimes just before I die my screen freezes. But when that happens I still could have used flash or barrier. But because of that freeze I can't and die. I also had this problem when I was playing on my laptop 1 year ago before I had a gaming PC. And my friends have the same problem as well.

I think that according to the server, you are already dead but your client is slightly lagging behind (due to internet latency) and so the game freezes for a fraction of a second while it catches up and loads the death recap screen. If you flashed/barriered in that time period, it would probably simply waste it because the server has already processed you dying and considers whatever has/will kill(ed) you to have already been received.

Killer's client sends data showing you taking lethal damage.
Server receives data and concludes that you have died.
Server sends data that you died at x time to your client.
Your client receives knowledge that you died at x time. Whatever input you queued after x time is disregarded. Your client now freezes while it communicates with the server and syncs up about post-death data, generates death recap, etc. Any action you could enter during the "freeze" would be moot anyways since the server has already decided you are dead.

I have the same problem, i think i have had it since season 6 maybe? Now its season 9. Like i saw a jinx ult and it just stopped, then 1 0.5 sec later the person is dead. Happens to me sometimes too. Before i about to die were i could do something (like flash or dodge) it just stops. I recomend asking the Riot support, they are very good, aswell try to adjust your video settings or put in ssd.
