Xayah and Guinsoos bug! [gameplay] [Her w ON HIT effects apply on Runaans passive but not Guinsoos]

I'd like to bring this gameplay bug to the attention of riot in hopes of getting it fixed. As the title says - Xayah's onhit effects when she activates her w applies on Runaans passive but not Guinsoos passive while they both have an interaction with onhit effects within their passives.
