[CRASH] during promos gave me a leave

Mid game crash while I was well ahead, and my team still managed to win because I got them way ahead, but I got a LEAVE in my promo series because your game crashed. "Unspecified Error Occured" and would not let me log back in. Repairing the client did not fix this. I am currently trying to reinstall. Please rectify the leave, and your game.

Unfortunately they can't. I've had the same thing happen in the past and they said they can't do anything about the leave.

They can fix the game, that's what they can do.
