Singed/Vladimir interaction bug

I'll update this with a video when I can, but there's a bug with Singed in relation to flipping Vladimir. If you flip Vlad with Singed's E while Vlad is charging his Tides of Blood, Singed will not respond to commands, like movement or spellcasts, for a second or two. I'm not sure what causes the freeze, but it seems to happen on occasion while Vladimir is charging up his Tides. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough that it can cause the Singed to die or lose out on farm.
