Store glitched out

i went to go buy the rune page bundle and when i first clicked it it took forever to purchase. so i closed it and it didnt say that i bought it and my ip was used on it. so i clicked it again and successfully bought it this time but it said i bought twice when i only wanted to buy it once. is there any way for me to get my ip back or is it gone?
