Can't spawn in Summoner's Rift after champion select

[CLIENT] Can't enter a League of Legends match

Sometimes, when I start a new match on Summoner's Rift, during the loading LoL freeze and I'm not able to start playing while the other teammates are already doing it.

1. I open the League of Legends client and I log in
2. I click the Play button, I choose gamemode and it start searching for other playes
3. After the champion select, it goes on the loading screen and when I reach 100% nothing happens neither I spawn
4. If I close client with CTRL+ALT+CANC or I restart my PC nothing changes, I'm still not able to play
5. After the match is over, my account is reported or banned for AFK

This happen only once in a lot of times, but now I have an high number of AFK reports and solutions on Internet doesn't help
