[Gameplay] Galios W doesn't heal from Twitch's poison.

I played an ARAM and when i was shielding either myself, or allies as we were running from twitch, the heals weren't healing. It seems odd since Galio is kind of a hard counter to DoTs (Teemo, Cass, or even Deathfire Touch) and i find it kind of odd that twitch's passive poison doesn't interact.
