Is this a normal thing with hitboxes and order in which things resolve? Because it sure looks like that rocket is pretty far through me.

Do you suppose it's possible my graphics card was lagging? I felt myself hit the button and thought it felt and looked more legit than that at the time. Then I ran the replay and was like what on Earth...

Hmm, not sure. I'd assume if it was lag, then it would be the other way around, IE you not seeing it hit you even though it did, but weirder things have happened, so it's entirely possible. Spaghetti is also a thing

Well..... i know ive blocked a jinx rocket with Braum's shield BEFORE it hit me........ but i have not seen a dodge by phasing it through.

Mabey it was a premonition kinda thing? It showed the rocket ahead of itself xD

Sometimes the camera angle makes abilities look like it hits you even though it completely misses, but this is actually an old bug that would occur with Ashe's Crystal Arrow. The ability would go through the person, but not actually hit them

Maybe, but the hitbox is at the feet...a circle on the ground. And both Anivia and the rocket float. Their hitboxes should be aligned if they visually collide.
