Lulu's E (Help, Pix!) Not Applied GAMEPLAY

• Description: The E ability "Help, Pix!" won't apply damage or shield any target even thought it goes on cooldown, makes a sound effect and Pix jumps to the target. I'm sure I'm not imaging things since it happened several times, even when I shielded my ADC when she was far away from anything that could possibly hit her or any enemy target close to her (we just left spawn), the shield would still not apply to her healthbar.
• How to reproduce: I don't know, it doesn't seem to happen in any specific scenario.
• How frequent: About once every 50-ish game.
• Evidence: I have no screenshot or video evidence.
• Server: EU West

Look up my stats, I play Lulu a lot. I'm sure there has to be someone else noticing this glitch too!
