Cassiopeia backing bug glitch

During a recent game of LoL the enemy team had an instant back glitch. 3 of us were attacking her and all of a sudden she disappeared from our sight. She then said in all chat that it instantly reported her back to base. I believe it is like the case with riven and her instant back. If you can spot the bug it would be a great thing to fix, thanks.
